If you witness or are the victim of a serious road accident involving a delivery person, please:
- Ensure your own safety.
- Call 112 if you need the police or emergency medical services.
- Report the incident to E-shango, #1Marketplace by calling +243 819 900 275 to receive immediate assistance 24/7.
Delivery Information
In case of absence at the time of delivery, Integrity Logistics Delivery will give your parcel to your caretaker or concierge, or leave it in your mailbox if the dimensions of the parcel allow it. A delivery notice will then be left and will tell you where to pick up your package.
If the first delivery attempt fails,A delivery notice will be left and Integrity Logistics Delivery will make a new delivery attempt the next working day. If after 3 delivery attempts, it has not been possible to deliver your package, Integrity Logistics Delivery will hold it pending for 72 hours before returning it to the Integrity Logistics Delivery distribution center.

Delivery instructions
If you would like to provide additional delivery instructions for the delivery of your order, such as floor, door code, etc., please contact us and we will pass this information on to the carrier.
Deliveries are made from 7 A.M. to 9 P.M., Monday to Saturday as well as Sunday in eligible areas. If you prefer not to be delivered on Saturday or Sunday, you can indicate this preference for each delivery address registered in your account.
